Welcome to MOT2U.

The term 'MOT2U Ltd' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is MOT2U (Holdings) Ltd, 7 Kenton Mews, Bristol, BS9 4LT. Our company registration number is 06576636  (Company Registered in England & Wales). The term 'you' refers to the person wishing to utilise MOT2Us services. We reserve the right to add, remove or edit anything in the terms of service, if such an event happens any bookings from the amendment onwards must uphold the new terms.

If you place an order with MOT2U the following terms and conditions of service apply.

1.  Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle. MOT2U and its employees will not assume liability for loss or damage to valuables.

2.  Your vehicle may have various security devices fitted, such as wheel lock-nuts, alarm, immobiliser etc. We require all devices necessary to both drive and service the vehicle effectively and safely.

3.  Upon completion of your order, whether online or through our call centre, you have agreed to make available your vehicle for the service ordered. If this is an MOT, you are obligated to pay for this at the rate agreed at the time. You are not obligated to pay for any further items that may be necessary in order for your vehicle to pass its MOT, although this is strongly recommended.

4.  Should you opt not to perform MOT necessitated repairs through MOT2U, you are legally entitled to a re-test within 10 days, MOT2U will however in these circumstances make a charge for collection and re-delivery of a minimum of £25 + VAT.

5.  Collection & Delivery: We are legally entitled to collect and return any vehicle to and from our customers address to the MOT testing station, If the vehicle fails the MOT test and the customer requires the vehicle to be returned then we are legally only allowed to return the vehicle directly to the customers address, this means that any other services that may have been agreed and paid for that require any alteration to the return journey will not be carried out but will still be charged. A retest/recollection charge will also apply at the rate of £25 + vat.

6.  MOT2U accepts cash, credit and debit cards, however cheques are no longer accepted as a valid form of payment. You should ensure that you have the ability to make payment as and when it is due. MOT2U reserves its legal right to withold completion of service should payment not be made. This may include withholding access to your vehicle to you until payment is made.

7.  MOT2U will take a record of the condition of your vehicle upon collection. MOT2U will not be held liable for any damage to your vehicle prior to the time of collection.

8.  Should your vehicle have any faults that could make it unreliable or unsafe to drive, this should be made known to the MOT2U representative making collection. MOT2U will not be held responsible for damage, accidents, or loss resulting from incomplete disclosure of relevant facts under such circumstances.

9.   All agreements between MOT2U and its customers are subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.

10. Anything marked with an asterisk symbol (*) means that the associated items are only available in participating areas.
